Pajé Hi-Sheen Brilliantine is a Glycerin based product which can be used on all hair types, wet or dry. For added shine on finished styles, Brilliantine can be applied prior to finishing sprays. When used during blow drying, Brilliantine will soften coarse hair and add shine which is visible after final styling.
